There has been a strong market since 2007 for Uncanceled Mexican bonds. This very speculative demand is unprecedented. It has become obvious that the usual factors that spur demand do not apply in this category. History and graphics are normally important but clearly take a backseat in this very different Uncanceled bond business.

7. Banco de San Luis Potosi, known as the “Founders Bond San Luis Potosi” yellow bond, 1,000 Pesos dated 1897. Rare and very popular.

9. Estados Unidos Mexicanos, “Pink Lady or Red Diamond”, £20/100 Pesos dated 1895 to 1899.
10. Republica Mexicana, Deuda Consolidada Exterior Del 5% de 1899, denominations of £20 green, £100 Olive, £200 blue, £500 brown and the very rare £1,000 Orange.
11. Banco Oriental De Mexico, 1,000 Pesos in brown dated 1900. Very Rare.
12. The Banco Central Mexicano, “Blueberry” stock of 1903, 1905, and 1908. Comes in 100 Pesos green, 1,000 Pesos brown, and the very rare 2,500 Pesos blue.

14. Banco de Guanajuato, “Winston Churchill”, stock of 1902 to 1906, 100 Pesos, green. Also, the rare 1,000 Pesos brown.
15. Banco Peninsular Mexicano “Twin Ladies”, stock of 1908, 100 Pesos green.
16. Banco de Londres Y Mexico “Queen Victoria 100” and the rare and legendary “Queen Victoria 1,000”. Both are dated 1905. These stocks are very sought after with special demand for the 1,000 Pesos which sells for as much as $1 Million Dollars each.
