A $1,000 or Mil Peos Bond issued by the United States Bank Note Company in New York, referred to as '2 Presidents', features vignettes of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. The text is presented in both Spanish and English, making it a rare collectible item. 25 or so coupons attached.

Tamaulipas, officially known as the Free and Sovereign State of Tamaulipas, is one of the 32 states that make up the Federal Entities of Mexico. It consists of 43 municipalities, with Ciudad Victoria serving as its capital. Situated in northeastern Mexico, Tamaulipas is bordered by Veracruz to the southeast, San Luis Potosí to the southwest, and Nuevo León to the west. To the north, it shares a 370 km (230 mi) border with Texas, and to the east, it is adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico. Besides Ciudad Victoria, the state's major cities include Reynosa, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, Tampico, and Mante.

San Luis Potosí, officially the Free and Sovereign State of San Luis Potosí, is also one of the 32 states within the Federal Entities of Mexico, divided into 58 municipalities, with San Luis Potosí City as its capital. Located in Central Mexico, it is bordered by seven other states: Nuevo León to the north, Tamaulipas to the northeast, Veracruz to the east, and Hidalgo, Querétaro, and Guanajuato to the south, with Zacatecas to the northwest. The largest cities in San Luis Potosí, apart from the capital, include Ciudad Valles, Matehuala, Rioverde, and Tamazunchale.
