Please specify color. The Philip Carey Manufacturing Company was established in 1873 (incorporated on February 14, 1888) by Philip H. Carey in Cincinnati (Lockland), Ohio. The company operated in the building materials sector and maintained its headquarters in Lockland, Ohio. In 1967, it merged with the Glen Alden Corporation and was restructured as a new entity. Subsequently, in 1970, it was integrated into the Briggs Manufacturing Company, resulting in the formation of the Panacon Corporation.
Stock and Bond Specimens are made and usually retained by a printer as a record of the contract with a client, generally with manuscript contract notes such as the quantity printed. Specimens are sometimes produced for use by the printing company's sales team as examples of the firm’s products. These are usually marked "Specimen" and have no serial numbers.
