Blacklick Creek, a tributary of the Conemaugh River, is approximately 30 miles (48 kilometers) long and flows through western Pennsylvania in the United States. It originates from two forks in western Cambria County, situated on the western side of the Allegheny Mountains. The North Branch, approximately 12 miles (19 kilometers) long, rises north of Colver and flows westward before turning southwest. The South Branch, on the other hand, rises near Revloc and flows westward. The two branches converge at Rexis, near the boundary between Cambria and Indiana counties. The main branch continues its westward journey, receiving Two Lick Creek near Josephine, approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) south of Indiana. Subsequently, it turns west-southwest and joins the Conemaugh River approximately 3 miles (5 kilometers) west-northwest of Blairsville.
A stock certificate is issued by businesses, usually companies. A stock is part of the permanent finance of a business. Normally, they are never repaid, and the investor can recover his/her money only by selling to another investor. Most stocks, or also called shares, earn dividends, at the business's discretion, depending on how well it has traded. A stockholder or shareholder is a part-owner of the business that issued the stock certificates.
