The Stade Vélodrome, a multi-purpose stadium in Marseille, France, is renowned for its sponsorship, which began in June 2016 and has since been known as the Orange Vélodrome. Established in 1937, the stadium has been the home of the Olympique de Marseille football club, a prominent team in Ligue 1. It has also hosted significant international events, including the FIFA World Cups in 1938 and 1998, the UEFA European Championships in 1960, 1984, and 2016, the Rugby World Cups in 2007 and 2023, and football at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Occasionally, the stadium also welcomes the RC Toulon rugby club from the Top 14. With a seating capacity of 67,394 spectators, the Stade Vélodrome is the second largest stadium in France, behind Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Paris. It serves as a regular venue for the France national rugby union team.

A stock certificate is issued by businesses, usually companies. A stock is part of the permanent finance of a business. Normally, they are never repaid, and the investor can recover his/her money only by selling to another investor. Most stocks, or also called shares, earn dividends, at the business's discretion, depending on how well it has traded. A stockholder or shareholder is a part-owner of the business that issued the stock certificates.
