Unissued Stock. Superb long train vignette by American Bank Note Company., New York. Please specify color. Operated from 1884 to 1905. Successor was the Kansas City Rock Island Railway. Kansas City Rock Island Railroad - this was a subsidiary of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad and was intended to be the terminal road in Kansas City for another subsidiary, the St. Louis, Kansas City and Colorado Railroad from St Louis to Hadsell near Gunn City.
