Guilford Mill, also known as the Old Mill of Guilford or Bailes' Old Mill, is a historic grist mill located near Oak Ridge, Guilford County, North Carolina. Constructed in 1822, the mill is a three-story building with a heavy timber frame and a fieldstone foundation. It features a gable roof and includes a one-story addition with a shed roof, also made of fieldstone. The mill is powered by an overshot wheel, which is a traditional method of utilizing water power for milling. The Guilford Mill was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, recognizing its historical and architectural significance.
