Compania Guayulera Mexicana de America was organized in New Jersey in June 1905. The corporation was formed to hold the shrub contracts. Although no formal intercompany relationship existed among the three companies, they were probably owned by the same interests. The capital for the companies was primarily furnished by Nelson W. Aldrich; Daniel and Solomon R.Guggenheim; and Bernard M. Baruch.
