Stock printed by Broun-Green Co., N.Y. Just 1 month after the "Crash". Arizona Globe Copper Co., Gila. Miami was incorporated in Arizona in 1918. The company leased the Cole & Goodwin mine located on the North Fork of Mineral Creek 10 miles southeast of Globe in the Miami district. The lease holder was the Cole Development Co. of Globe. By 1925, Arizona Globe Copper had taken stock control of the Cole Development Co. and had 20 men employed.
